Part 9



“Why are you laughing so sudden?” – Hae Ji, she stared sharply at Taek Yeon. He looked around to make sure no one was around then he leaned his head closer to Hae Ji.
“Do you think everything’s a mistake?” – Taek Yeon, smirked. Hae Ji moved her head away from Taek Yeon and stared at him wondering.
“Now I started to miss the rude skyscraper that has such fewer manners and such airhead. I wonder......” – Hae Ji.
“Yah!!” – Taek Yeon.
“It’s the truth.” – Hae Ji.
“Your big mouth, you sure cannot shut it up, huh midget?” – Taek Yeon. Hae Ji directly kicked Taek Yeon right legs the second she heard Taek Yeon called her midget. He jumped up and down in pain and Hae Ji ran off to where Jae Beom was at. “YOU!! COME BACK HERE!!” He ran off chasing after Hae Ji and then she stopped in front of Jae Beom and hid behind him, he stopped running and head back inside.



“What’s wrong with you?” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji saw Taek Yeon headed back inside; she looked at him and smiled while shaking her head.
“Nothing wrong.” – Hae Ji. She walked towards Jun Ho and stood in the midst between Jun Ho and Jun Su. She observed the meat they’re grilling.
“Want some piece of meat, Hae Ji?” – Jun Su, offered the meat that has cooked already as he cutting of the meat into pieces.
“Can I?” – Hae Ji.
“Go ahead, Hae Ji. Try some.” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji just nodded then slowly Jun Su fed her with the piece of meat into her mouth. It was a bit hot but she managed to swallow it then when she opened her mouth, smoke came out from her mouth.
“That was hot.” – Hae Ji.
“How was it?” – Jun Ho.
“Hmm...It’s yummy.” – Hae Ji while nodded her head.
“That’s great then.” – Jun Su.




Taek Yeon who’s inside the house kept on stared at the pictures through the camera lens which were still inside the camera. His mind flew away and being absentminded when he looked at the pictures of Hae Ji’s. Nickhun and Chan Sung who just came from the kitchen saw him in awed action. Chan Sung and Nichkhun looked at each others and raised their shoulders at the same time.



“What happened to him?” – Nichkhun, whispered to Chan Sung.
“I don’t know as well and whose pictures is he staring at?” – Chan Sung.
“Who do you think it would be?” – Nichkhun. They paced to the slide door and saw Hae Ji having fun with the boys and they can hear her laughter. They looked at each others. “Well, the answer lies obviously in front of our eyes.”
“She is something, isn’t it?” – Chan Sung.
“She is....Wait!! Don’t tell me....you.......” – Nichkhun, he didn’t finish his sentence.
“What? What did I said?” – Chan Sung, scratched his back head wondering. Woo Young who came from the game room, paced his steps approaching Taek Yeon. He poked his head over his shoulders to peek at the pictures Taek Yeon staring at.
“That’s Hae Ji. Hyeong, are you missing her? But it’s a waste that you two always fight and never had a peace talks.” – Woo Young. Taek Yeon quickly switched off the camera and pushed Woo Young off from him. Woo Young seems didn’t care, he turned around and saw Jun Ho and Hae Ji were having fun. “Oh...I see. I bet those two have more fun than you will ever have.” Woo Young skipped towards them in such happy smiled and leave Taek Yeon behind.
“Wait, what!!?” – Taek Yeon. He ran after Woo Young and when Woo Young was about to step outside the veranda, Taek Yeon grabbed him and pulled him back inside. Woo Young grunted like a 5 year’s old little boy when the time Taek Yeon pulled him back. “Woo!!”
“I am going to tell Jae hyeong on you!!” – Woo Young. He tried to pull himself away from Taek Yeon, but he failed to escape from Taek Yeon when Taek Yeon grasped it tightly.
“What!!? What are you going to tell him?” – Taek Yeon.
“You’re being cruel to me.” – Woo Young.
“That’s because you couldn’t shut your mouth up!!” – Taek Yeon. Before Woo Young can say anything, all of sudden, the door bell rang. Chan Sung who’s at the kitchen dashed to the front door. Taek Yeon and Woo Young stared watching at him being all silly when he’s about to open the door. “Are we expecting any guest?”
“I don’t know hyeong, but this is odd, why is he being all silly like that, unless....” – Woo Young, he couldn’t finish his sentence when Chan Sung opened the door, a girl stood right there being so flashy and elegant. She even smiles gracefully gentle. Chan Sung smiled at her at the same time he invited her in.
“Who is that, guys?” – Jae Beom, he just entered the house from being at the veranda with Jun Su, Jun Ho and Hae Ji. He’s surprised to see a classy girl stood beside Chan Sung. He turned around and looked at both Woo Young and Taek Yeon, they both raised their shoulders at the same time. “Is she your friend, Chan Sung?” Chan Sung smiled and nodded.
“Yes, she is my childhood friend and she just got back from Japan.” – Chan Sung. He turned around and looked at the person stood right next to him. “Seon Ye-ahh...are you sure you’ll be okay being here?” she raised her head and looked at Chan Sung.
“I’m alright; don’t worry about me, Sungie.” – Seon Ye.




Winds started to blew coldly, and Jun Ho, Jun Su and Hae Ji were the only three left that’s at the veranda BBQ-ed the other pieces of meat left. When Jun Su saw the girl stood next to Chan Sung, he tugged Jun Ho clothes. Jun Ho looked at Jun Su and he gave signaled pointed to the girl. Slowly he turned his face and looked at where Jun Su meant.



“That is.........who?” – Jun Ho. Jun Su shrugged his shoulders.
“I am not sure, but I heard Chan Sung bragged about something other day and maybe, that’s her?” – Jun Su. Hae Ji raised her head up and saw a girl stood next to Chan Sung.
“Who is that, oppas?” – Hae Ji.
“Chan Sung childhood friend, I guess?” – Jun Su, scratched his back head.
“I thought you oppas would know her. I guess....not.” – Hae Ji.



“Oh wait...I haven’t introduced you to someone yet, Seon Ye. She’s at the veranda with the others two hyeongs.” – Chan Sung. He grabbed her wrist and took her to the veranda. He slowly opened the slide door and stepped out to the veranda. “Hey hyeongs and Hae Ji, meet Seon Ye.” The second she got introduced by Chan Sung, she bowed politely at them. Jun Ho, Jun Su and Hae Ji smiled at her and she smiled back to them. “Well then.........”
“I’m Park Hae Ji; Jae Beom sister.” – Hae Ji, introduced herself to Seon Ye. She continued; “And...........” Not yet she finishes her sentence, Seon Ye walked towards Jun Ho and stood so closed to him. “Ahh....well, I guess then...I’ll go inside.”
“I’ll come with you.” – Jun Su. Both of them went back inside and left Jun Ho and Seon Ye alone. Before Hae Ji step inside, she turned her head around and looked at Jun Ho and he just shrugged his shoulders. She pouted her mouth and left the veranda.
“Where is Jun Ho?” – Woo Young, surprised.
“Hey Chan Sung...no offence, but why did you brought her here?” – Jae Beom, he has spoken his mind off.
“She’s a bit....like that, forgive her, hyeongs. But sometimes, Seon Ye can be a bit arrogant.” – Chan Sung.
“Next time, don’t bring her or anyone else without our permissions.” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji threw herself to the sofa and sat next to Jae Beom with her arms crossed. “Now, what is up with you?”
“Nothing....” – Hae Ji, pouted her mouth and looking so sour. All of sudden, from behind Taek Yeon poked his head out over her.
“Want to eat some ice cream, Hae Ji?” – Taek Yeon. Hae Ji shakes her head. Taek Yeon did not give up in convincing Hae Ji with ice cream. “Well, I can make banana split, it’s your favorite.” Still, Hae Ji shakes her head with the same answer from the first time. Taek Yeon moved forward and sat next to her. “If you don’t want ice cream, hmm......how about some mangoes pudding?”
“Taek hyeong, I think you shouldn’t bother her.” – Woo Young.
“Woo, shut up!!” – Taek Yeon.
“I think Hae Ji doesn’t want ice cream, Taek....” – Nichkhun.
“Aish, you....” – Taek Yeon, put his hand on top of Hae Ji head and scrubs it gently yet it still messed her hairs up. Hae Ji didn’t say anything when she grabbed his hand and moved it away from her head.



“Hae Ji-ahh, let’s play game...” – Woo Young. Hae Ji turned her head around facing Woo Young. He continued; “......Or maybe not.” Jae Beom couldn’t stand it anymore at what’s bothered Hae Ji mind, so he moved closer to Hae Ji then he rubbed her cheeks with his thumb.
“What happened, Hae Ji?” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji sighed but no answer. He looked at her then he looked at the others.
“Hyeong...help me!!” – Nichkhun, screeched.
“Okay, I’m coming.” – Jae Beom. Before he walks to where Nichkhun was at, he gave a pecked of kiss on Hae Ji cheek and walked off. Taek Yeon saw Jae Beom gave a kissed to Hae Ji, he seems a bit envy of it.
“Can I kiss your cheeks as well?” – Taek Yeon. He moved his face at Hae Ji’s face and when he’s about to kiss her, his face got cover by Hae Ji hand and moved him back away from her.
“What do you think you’re doing?” – Hae Ji, glared at Taek Yeon coldly.
“Apparently, Taek hyeong’s being a jealous bum.” – Woo Young. Taek Yeon holds Hae Ji hand that’s on his face and moved it away.
“That’s because......!!” – Taek Yeon, he didn’t continued his sentence when Jun Ho and Seon Ye entered the house with foods. Jun Ho saw Taek Yeon all over Hae Ji and he tried to ignore it. Both of them headed to the kitchen to put the foods on the table. When they entered the kitchen, Nichkhun and Jae Beom a bit surprised to see them. Nichkhun looked at Jae Beom and he just shrugged his shoulders.
“Jun Ho, can you go at Hae Ji?” – Jae Beom.
“Ahh, sure hyeong.” – Jun Ho. He left the kitchen and headed to the living room whilst Seon Ye was being told to help Nickhun with the foods.




Jun Ho finally escaped from Seon Ye. He ran to the sofa then he threw himself next to Hae Ji. When Taek Yeon saw Jun Ho came, he moved away and sat on the sofa next to Chan Sung which’s the opposite from Jun Ho and Hae Ji. Jun Ho hugged Hae Ji in front of them making Taek Yeon expressions changed.



“Hyeong, are you alright?” – Chan Sung. Taek Yeon looked at Chan Sung.
“I’m alright, why wouldn’t I be?” – Taek Yeon.
“Well, seeing that your face is like that, it’s pretty much obvious.” – Jun Su, he shown himself up whilst munched on a chocolate. Chan Sung stood up and ran towards Jun Su like someone who’s about to rob him.
“What is that!!?” – Chan Sung.
“Chocolate of course.” – Jun Su.
“Where did you get it?” – Chan Sung.
“I bought it of course, except I hid it away from you.” – Jun Su.
“Wha-What!!? Why?” – Chan Sung.
“Because, all of the chocolates I bought, all have been eaten by you.” – Jun Su.
“Hyeong.....that is not fair!!” – Chan Sung. He continued; “Do you have more? Can I have some?” Jun Su walked away from Chan Sung and sat next to Hae Ji.
“No, this is the only one left.” – Jun Su, munched on the chocolate. He turned around and offers some to Hae Ji. “Hae Ji-ahh, do you want some?” Chan Sung shocked when he saw Jun Su offered chocolate to Hae Ji.
“What?!! Seriously, not fair!! You giving to Hae Ji instead? Hyeong, you are bias!!” – Chan Sung. He ran to the kitchen at where Jae Beom was at while screaming over the place. “Jae hyeong!! Jun Su hyeong is being so mean to me!!”



“Chan Sung acted like little kids again due to bias side.” – Jun Su.
“Why don’t you share the chocolate with him, oppa?” – Hae Ji.
“Oh, hey...we should shop for earrings sometime, Hae Ji.” – Jun Su, he eyed on both of Hae Ji ears. He continued; “Let’s shop for some matching earrings tomorrow. And get you pierces on both of your ears before your UNI starts.”
“Jun Su, did I heard at what I think it is?” – Jae Beom, showed up from behind.
“Hey hyeong.” – Jun Su.
“Jun Su...Don’t you dare bring my sister to that place!!” – Jae Beom.
“Wha-What? Why? Hae Ji looks pretty with her ears pierce though, hyeong.” – Hae Ji. Hae Ji turned around and looked at Jun Ho.
“Should I get my ears pierce, oppa?” – Hae Ji. The seconds Jae Beom and Jun Su heard, their expressions changed whereby Jun Su was so happy whilst Jae Beom was shocked.
“We should go tomorrow then...and Jae hyeong, see? Hae Ji agreed.” – Jun Su. Jae Beom mumbled something that no one could hear. At the same time, he glared deadly at Jun Su for being so annoyed, officially.



“Can I come?” – Seon Ye, popped out from behind Jae Beom like a ghost.
