Hello watermelons –
I wonder what happen to people if they enter my mind and my surreal mind...hmm.
Not going to praise myself but even so, I can all by myself but let alone the praising, let alone ~
And if so they enter my surreal mind, they better enjoying those huge chocolate fountain and of course lake filled with it, those mountain fills with ice cream in many various flavours, those marshmallow animals filled with many different flavours – depend on which animal of course, of course those cotton candy clouds floating in the sky and etc-etc, they better thanking me, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!
I know one person who knew of this since we talked of this before in twitter ;)
Why am I talking such imaginative in fantasizing matter?

Other day, I have wished to watch a 2009 fantasy film called The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus where Heath Ledger was in it.
Oddly enough it was airing in Star Movies and it just ended and hours ago, many minutes before the film’s started, I was very thrill and joy that the film I wanted to watch was going to be air and yes, I am quite delighted watching it.
I never knew Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law would be in the film. They were portraying the character named Tony, where actually Heath Ledger was the original one to cast this character but yes, you know the story and I thought at first that this film was not going to be release and they just cancel it due to such matter but turned out to be I was wrong and they did released it and it was around year 2009. Why did I not know that?!!
Or maybe I missed it when it was air here in our local cinema D:
Anyway, I am quite surprised that I did not realized it was Johnny Depp at first until I recognized of his voice and I am quite familiar with his voice no matter what like one time, when I and husband saw The Tourist’s film trailer while waiting for the movie to starts, he said that Frank Tupelo looked like Johnny Depp and I confirmed it to him that it was Johnny Depp and I was right. Of course I am, he’s my childhood actor ;D
Okay back to the main point – where to be honest, I somehow find it difficult to understand the film and my mind was just lost when watching it. I might have to watch the film many times to understand it very well but I know that mirror, when someone entered it, their imagination will be spreading out and as if, the person that entered the mirror was like in their own world – like their imagination from their mind came out from their brain and alive. Yes, that’s how I understand it.
I kind of feeling a bit sad with Doctor Parnassus' though, he’s very old already in the film and real one too but his acting skills is still there. I’ll talk about the man behind Doctor Parnassus' later on, let’s stay on the topic first, LOL.
Doctor Parnassus' has very beautiful daughter named Valentina and she’s very-very beautiful 16 years old young woman, well she’s nearly 16 years old in three more days as it was told in the film. And they have one troupe name Anton and somehow, he developed a crush on Valentina but he’s quite...oddball, if you know what I mean. Until one day, when they saved a dead man who’s named Tony, Anton kind of feeling jealous of how Tony became so close with Valentina and I assumed Valentina herself likes Tony as well.
I love Valentina’s attire when she was doing her job on the troupe stage but at the early film, there was this drunk dude – how repulsive – and he was like kind of wanting to hit on Valentina and when they went into the mirror, Valentina punched and kicked that impulsive dude and I bet surely that his breath stinks since he drank D:
Good job Valentina, good job!! I just love her strength in punching the dude’s face and I wish I have that kind of strength then I can defense myself. Maybe I should have taken that Tae Kwon Do classes when I was in high school, LOL.
Oh well ~
Anyway, like I said, I love Valentina’s attire and yes, when the one where Tony was grabbing Valentina’s hand gently, he pulled her then she started to dance, yes that part of the film, her attire’s very beautiful – like a ballerina’s and that what came cross my mind at first.
And so after that part and so on until the end, that’s when I started to lost and confused but maybe that very time I kind of got distracted with something and that’s why I could not focus on it.
At the end of the film, where Doctor Parnassus' was somehow being a beggar on the ground, people dropping coins on that tiny hat etc-etc, all of sudden, he heard of this bell sound, where that was attached around one of Valentina’s leg, I forgot whether it was right or the left and she had that since early of the film already. When Doctor Parnassus' heard of it, he quickly stood up and followed Valentina from behind until she entered this restaurant where she’s meeting her husband and daughter, she gave this soft animal to her daughter and from the outside, Doctor Parnassus' just stared watching Valentina with happy tears flowing down his cheeks.
That’s the part where I felt touched and sad at the same time that Doctor Parnassus' was feeling so happy that tears came out from his eyes. I felt like wanted to cry seeing, kind of saddened you know. And oh, this part was where Valentina did not know Doctor Parnassus' was her father which she did not know he was watching her, kind of sad really.
Then Percy came and he asked Doctor Parnassus'; why he did not go there to where Valentina’s at but Doctor Parnassus' just did not wish of it and he calmly said that Valentina’s finally has a daughter. Well is it not, which it is kind of obvious. Sorry Doctor Parnassus', I just had too...that part of the line of your script, it just...peh ~ it was quite obvious and it still asked the obvious matter? D:
But I’d hope that Valentina and Doctor Parnassus' do meet thought; a reunion of father and daughter and I do expected like that as well but it did not happen –sighed–
The ending was a happy one but I kind of thought it is sad one since what I said above, they do not meet at the end, yeah just that and the rest was one mighty fine glory ending ;D
I might be too dramatic there but yes!!
At least Percy helped Doctor Parnassus' there or else he’ll be a beggar until the very end of the film. Thank goodness, Percy!!
And oh, did I tell you that Doctor Parnassus' has very thick beard and mustache connected on his face? Wow, what a facial ~
Yes, he shaved it at the very-very end of the film, yeah thank goodness!! By shaving the facial hairs, less made Doctor Parnassus' looked like beggar, you know, AHAHAHAH!!
But he should not be a beggar, I DEMAND!! KEKEKEKEK!!
And no, Doctor Parnassus' was not my favourites character in the film, I’m just saying...why can I not?!!
So alright, that’s that!!
I did not blabber the whole film in what it’s about. Like I have mentioned, I quite lost myself some part of the film, LOL!!
I am not going to rating it either D:
Anyway, I am looking forward to Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tide’s film, I could not wait to see Johnny Depp action as Captain Jack Sparrow again with his craziness care free mind attitude. Captain Jack Sparrow is spankin” awesome!! Unfortunately, Will and Elizabeth would not going to be in the fourth film, quite devastated I felt when I knew they would not be in the fourth film of Pirates of the Caribbean but hey, at least Captain Jack Sparrow’s still there and if he was not, I dare not to watch it in any cost, hmph!!
Valentina’s played by Lily Cole, she’s very beautiful and divine woman and she acted in Doctor Who as a guest appearance. I know Doctor Who because of my eonnie’s but I have never watch it before, just know the name alone only and no wonder too she’s such a divine woman, she’s a mode. Lily Cole, you will be in one of my favourites actress now, yes!! And too, no wonder I kind of fancy her, she’s an 88-er!! YEAH!! And there was this fantasy horror film, where she and Marilyn Manson were going to be in it, kind of saddened that the film discontinued. I was just excited and was searching for the released date but turned out there would not be any *cries* – the film was called Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll. Oh never mind about it, I do not want to delete this at what I said and it said that the film has completed and it’s around 2005? Wah!! I want to see!! Hmmm ~ –long heavy sighed–
Doctor Parnassus' played by Christopher Plummer, who once has a role in musical film; The Sound of Music as Captain Von Trapp. What an amazing actor and person he is and I love The Sound of Music’s film and Julie Andrews was one awesome woman in there too, yeah!! I LOVE IT!! I even love the songs they sang in the film, JUST SO LOVING IT!! And now, I felt like want to watch it again. I kind of a bit surprised though of Christopher Plummer acted in the The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’s film as Doctor Parnassus', find it quite remarkable ;)
Speaking of Jude Law, he and Robert Downey, Jr. will going to be together again in Sherlock Holmes’s sequel; Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. OMGD!! I just could not wait and what’s great is that the film is going to be this year, December!! OMGD SHOCKING NEWS EVER!! I KNEW THERE WILL GOING TO BE THE SEQUEL OF IT, YESSSSS!! I could not wait for December, eonnie and AnPan Babay are going to be excited as well or they knew already before I do? O:
Speaking of Robert Downey, Jr., there will be Iron Man 3 and this is the second shocking news ever for today, two times in a row!! YEAH!! I could not wait to see more of Tony Stark’s action and I KNEW IT!! THERE WILL BE A CONTINUATION AFTER THE IRON MAN 2 ENDED AS IT WAS SHOWED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CREDITS PART, YEAHHHHHHHH!! I could not wait, so excited!! But I have too since it is going to be release on year 2013, YEAH!!
