Part 6



“What is this with my name all over?” – Jae Beom, he showed up from behind.
“Hyeong...” – All of them at once. When Jae Beom saw Hae Ji, he paced his steps quickly approaching Hae Ji and when he saw Hae Ji right legs, his eyes became so wide and in a shocked state.
“WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!!” – Jae Beom.
“Oppa, do you have to shout? Beside we just came. At least, don’t shout at me.” – Hae Ji. “You’re always shouting whenever I’m in this likely situation whatsoever.”
“THAT’S BECAUSE I AM WORRIED!!” – Jae Beom.
“There you go again, don’t shout at me!!” – Hae Ji. Jae Beom let go a sighed of relief then he lowered his body down in front of Hae Ji.
“Look, I’m sorry but you know me – it just every time I see you in this kind of situation, it breaks my heart.” – Jae Beom.
“I fell down, that’s all.” – Hae Ji.
“And ended up with walking sticks?” – Jae Beom.
“Yes, Ihn Jun helped me these past few days.” – Hae Ji.
“Ihn Jun?!!” – Jae Beom. He turned around and saw somewhat new faces in the room then he turned around and looked back at Hae Ji whilst he raised his left eyebrows. “Him?!!” Hae Ji nooded.
“Hyeong, Ihn Jun came from my village and of course he’s with Suh Ohn there. You remember Suh Ohn, right?” – Jun Su.
“Yes, the cousin of yours that came last time and we thought he was somehow you.” – Jae Beom. Jun Su smiled.
“We does looks very the same.” – Jun Su.
“Back to the point; mind tell me what kind of falling that made you like this, Hae Ji?” – Jae Beom.
“I told you, it just a regular falling, there’s nothing much, oppa.” – Hae Ji. Jae Beom raised his left eyebrows. “Oppa, really...!! Other than that, I don’t know much. I went black out.” Jae Beom sighed then all of sudden he stood up.
“We’re going to the hospital, now!! I doubt you have good treatment before, now come. Let’s go.” – Jae Beom. He continued; “Jun Ho, you’re coming with me.”
“Me?” – Jun Ho, he pointed himself with his index finger. “Hyeong, I don’t think I should be tagging along.”
“Okay fine, Jun Ho.” – Jae Beom.
“Oppa, is this necessary?” – Hae Ji.
“This time, just listen to your oppa, Hae Ji.” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji didn’t speak anymore after that and just followed Jae Beom’s order.



Later, at the hospital’s –

After Hae Ji has done with the X-Ray, at her private doctor office, it seems that the result didn’t give any positive feedback.


“Will she be okay, doctor?” – Jae Beom.
“.............It takes time for the bones to be joined together like before. Maybe it will take months or years – depends.” – Doctor.
“Does that mean I will be using this sticks until I am cure!!?” – Hae Ji.
“Yes, unless you want to use wheelchair instead?” – Doctor.
“No!!” – Hae Ji.
“Hae Ji.” – Jae Beom. He continued; “We should go now. Hae Ji, come. Let’s go.”
“Alright then, I see you next time on your next appointment, Hae Ji.” – Doctor. They bowed down at her before they left her office.


“I am somehow like this, what’s difference would it be?” – Hae Ji.
“You’re still my little sister, there is no different.” – Jae Beom. Hae Ji stopped moving all of sudden.
“I’m going back to Ki oppa’s place. I’m not going home.” – Hae Ji.
“What? Don’t joke around with me, Hae Ji.” – Jae Beom.
“Oppa, please. Not this time, I’m not in the mood.” – Hae Ji. She turned around and used the other way to reach Ki Kwang’s place. “Beside oppa, I’ll be like this until whenever which I have the feelings there will be no use anymore.”

At Ki Kwang’s place –

When Hae Ji arrived at his place, just as when she’s about to open the door, Ki Kwang appeared from behind.


“Baby doll?” – Ki Kwang. Hae Ji jumped the second her name being mentioned. Slowly she turned around and saw Ki Kwang stood there in such near distant. “What happened to you?” Hae Ji’s still in her shocked state that she couldn’t say anything to him. Just like that, Ki Kwang leaned closer to Hae Ji and hugged her tight. “Do you know how much I worried about you – how much I missed you?”
“I-I........” – Hae Ji, startled tone.
“It’s okay, I am glad you’re home. I missed you lots, I missed everything about you.” – Ki Kwang. He continued as he whispered to her; “I want to take care of you so much. Please let me take good care of you. Your happiness played very important role in my life; I wanted you always to be happy.” Hae Ji didn’t say anything at all, she just nodded. “I love you, so much.”



In the middle of midnight, Hae Ji accidentally woke up from her sleep. She turned her head around and Ki Kwang just right beside her, with his hands around her waist. Slowly, she moved his hands away from her then she grabbed her sticks and walked to the kitchen.
When Hae Ji went to the kitchen, Ki Kwang aware of it and he just watched her walking her way to the kitchen – slowly he stood sitting whilst rubbed his back head.
In the kitchen trying to reach something whilst one hand holding the sticks, suddenly she started to get wobble and the next second she fell down on the floor along with the jar and it smashed to the floor and broke into pieces of glass. Unfortunately it hit her right foot and made it all bleedings up.
The second Ki Kwang heard the noise; right away he stepped out from the bed and ran to the kitchen at where Hae Ji’s at. When he reached there, his eyes became widened when he saw bloods flew on the floor – where it came from her right foot. Immediately, he carried her up and ran to the restroom.
In the bathroom, Ki Kwang gently but in such panic way, he putted Hae Ji down on the bathtub while bloods kept on coming out from her feet. Then he reached for the shower handle and rinsed the bloods away from Hae Ji’s feet until it wore off. When everything has clear already, Ki Kwang sighed in relief then slowly she lift her up even when she’s wet.


“Oppa, put me back down on the bathtub.” – Hae Ji.
“What?” – Ki Kwang.
“Oppa, please?” – Hae Ji. No respond from Ki Kwang, slowly he put her back down.
“Why?” – Ki Kwang. Hae Ji shakes her head. That instant, he stepped inside and sat down facing Hae Ji’s. “If you don’t want, then I just might join you.”
“...............” – Hae Ji. Ki Kwang leaned closer to Hae Ji and when he’s about to kiss her, she slide down due to slippery and went down below him. He looked down and she smiled at him.
“What are you doing down there?” – Ki Kwang.
“I don’t know, because maybe it’s because I am wet, I am easily slippery.” – Hae Ji, she chuckled. Ki Kwang slowly moved down closer to Hae Ji without squashing her then he kissed her.
“This time you will never get away from me. You’re trap.” – Ki Kwang, grinned. Hae Ji just chuckled and he continued on kissing her.

Somewhere –


“Hyeong...” – ???, he cried as he rubbed his eyes and being half awake when he stepped out from the room.
“Jhi Hwan?” – ???. He paced his steps towards him and continued; “Are you alright?” Jhi Hwan nodded.
“Yes, hyeong. I don’t like my dream, it scared me hyeong.” – Jhi Hwan.
“Oh, Jhi Hwan.” – ???. Out of the blue, from the kitchen appeared someone.
“Peter hyeong, Jhi Hwan is a scardy cat; don’t pay too much attention on him. Somehow, nightmare attracts him the most.” – ???
“Hyeon Chul hyeong. You always wanted to tease me lots, you’re just a big meanie!!” – Jhi Hwan.
“Whatever Jhi Hwan.” – Hyun Chul, he sticks his tongue out at Jhi Hwan.
“Where’s Hyeon Mihn, by the way?” – Peter Hyeon. Both of them shakes their head at the same time not knowing where the other one gone missing too. “You two go to sleep now. It’s late already.” Jhi Hwan and Hyeon Chul nodded and went to their room. When Peter Hyeong was about to sit down, Hyeon Chul came out from his room and approached Peter Hyeon.
“Hyeong, I think Mihn went out to Ji Eun.” – Hyeon Chul.
“At this time of hour?!!” – Peter Hyeong. Hyeon Chul nodded.
“Yes, hyeong.” – Hyeon Chul.



At the club –


“Ji Eun-ahh...” – Hyeon Mihn, he slowly moved closer to Ji Eun whilst touching her laps.
“Mihn oppa, not now.” – Ji Eun. Hyeon Mihn getting closer and closer Ji Eun and when he’s closed enough he kissed her neck gently.
“Why? We should, like how we did every night.” – Hyeon Mihn.
“No, oppa. Not this time.” – Ji Eun.
“And again, why? It is not like he knows we’re doing this.” – Hyeon Mihn. He stood up all of sudden and grabbed Ji Eun hand. He pulled her and it made her flew to him. “I am longing of it, we should do it now.” He whispered right to his ears.
“No, oppa, no!! I don’t want to lie at Hyun Seung anymore. We shouldn’t do this anymore.” – Ji Eun. Hyeon Mihn started to get mad.
“Who cares about him!!? Let’s go!!” – Hyeon Mihn. He made his move and left the club whilst pulled Ji Eun along with him.



Hyeon Mihn brought Ji Eun to the hotel just like what he always done with the other girls. But somehow with Ji Eun, he’s been with her long enough compared with the other girls. Seems he’s caught with her. When they entered the room Hyeon Mihn threw Ji Eun to the bed.


“I don’t think so I wanted to do it tonight, oppa.” – Hyeon Mihn.
“You’re getting boring just like the other girls I have been with. When I thought you’re very different from the others, I have been meaning to keep you a bit longer.” – Hyeon Mihn.
“It’s just..........since......” – Ji Eun, she stuttered.
“Now are you worrying about that cousin of yours?!!” – Hyeon Mihn.
“She......” – Ji Eun, she couldn’t finish her sentence when Hyeon Mihn started to kiss her left shoulder. Ji Eun tried to push him away but he’s too strong for her to do it alone. “Oppa, stop it.” Hyeon Mihn ignored completely at Ji Eun cried and continued kissing her. Few minutes later, Hyeon Mihn wore off that he stopped and lay down on the bed rested himself. Ji Eun stood sitting all of sudden while buttoning her clothes meanwhile Hyeon Mihn being topless – half naked in one room with Ji Eun.
“Why are you putting on your clothes?!!” – Hyeon Mihn.
“I’m going home.” – Ji Eun. Just when she’s about to get up, Hyeon Mihn grabbed her hand.
“At this time of hour? It’s late already.” – Hyeon Mihn. No words came out from Ji Eun mouth.


“Achoo...” – Hae Ji.
“Are you alright?” – Ki Kwang, he scooted closer to her and cuddled her tightly.
“I’m okay, oppa. It just, I remembered my cousin all of sudden.” – Hae Ji.
“Have you two met up, lately?” – Ki Kwang. Hae Ji shakes her head.
“Maybe Jae oppa met up with her.” – Hae Ji.

One day, when Hae Ji paid a visit to her brother place, he and the others went off to somewhere and only Taek Yeon stayed behind. It surprised Taek Yeon when Hae Ji came out of the blue.


“What are you doing here?” – Taek Yeon.
“I came to visit my brother. Is he home?” – Hae Ji.
“No, he’s not. He and the others went to somewhere else and until now they haven’t yet come home.” – Taek Yeon.
“Oh, then I’ll stay and wait until he’s return home.” – Hae Ji. She slowly walked with the walking sticks forward and when she reached the sofa, slowly she sat down then she putted the sticks down beside her. She looked around the place and surprised she was that the place didn’t turn upside down. She smiled. From behind Taek Yeon approached her.
“Do you want anything to drink? Jae hyeong would kill me if he knows I don’t treat you well.” – Taek Yeon. Hae Ji turned her head around and looked at Taek Yeon and smiled at him. He quickly turned his head away avoiding looking at her.
“Taek Yeon, why are you like this – you’re acting and treating me so nicely?” – Hae Ji. Taek Yeon still didn’t look at her face.
“I’m not, I just don’t want to disobey Jae hyeong order – he always said to treat his little sister nicely or else, he said.” – Taek Yeon.
“You’re changing. The Taek Yeon I knew, he never like this before. What made it change within you?” – Hae Ji. Taek Yeon walked forward to the kitchen.
“There is nothing in me that have change, Hae Ji. It never did – from the start.” – Taek Yeon. “Only my feelings somehow little by little....but I deny that, I still want to love you as much like before.” He thought.
“Want me to help you something in the kitchen?” – Hae Ji.
“No....just sit still there. There is nothing much for you to do anyway.” – Taek Yeon, he responded to Hae Ji all the way through the kitchen.
“Oh...” – Hae Ji. “He’s acted strangely. Could it possibly be because of.....?” She thought and sighed after.



Few minutes later, sitting on the floor while looking at each of and every magazine that were under the coffee table, when she was about to open a new magazine, she started to get bored and putted it back away to it’s proper place. She sighed heavily. When she looked around, it has become very quiet – not even any sound from Taek Yeon.


“Taek? Taek oppa? Are you there?” – Hae Ji. No respond from Taek Yeon, she tried calling him again and still, no responds. But few minutes later, Taek Yeon responded.
“Yeah, did you just call me?” – Taek Yeon.
“Oh, well yes. It just, it’s getting silent. Would you care to accompany me for awhile, while waiting for the others?” – Hae Ji. Taek Yeon didn’t say anything at all; he paced his steps and sat next to Hae Ji. She smiled and when Taek Yeon saw it, he looked at the other way, trying to avoiding it again. “You’re avoiding me, aren’t you? Why don’t you want to see my face?”
“No, Hae Ji. It’s nothing.” – Taek Yeon. Hae Ji started to get irked at the way Taek Yeon being acted around her. Right away she grabbed the sticks and stood up. Taek Yeon turned around and directly grabbed her hand. “You’re mad at me, aren’t you? I-I’m sorry.” This time, she didn’t speak to him. Taek Yeon slowly pulled her towards her and hugged her tightly.
“If you don’t want me being here, it’s fine. I can tell Jae oppa to come by to see me later. You don’t have to treat me with such dirt, Taek and being all jerk.” – Hae Ji.
“I-I’m sorry. It’s just, I’m aware that I am going to lose you, again. With all of my cold action towards you, I really don’t mean to do that.” – Taek Yeon.
“I’m not going anyway, you know that...” – Hae Ji.
“I know, but I know that you’re growing apart from me since you have returned back with him, I know....that moment, it’s about to happened again.” – Taek Yeon.
“Oppa....” – Hae Ji. She continued; “I’m here, always.” Taek Yeon slowly let go of her, then he turned around and slowly put his head rested on her laps. He closed his eyes and smiled. “I still........love you. Do you have the same feelings as I do?” Hae Ji smiled then slowly she lowered her head and kissed his forehead, then after she rubbed his hairs gently.
“Always....” – Hae Ji, whispered tone.



Just when they thought they could be together spending times, Jae Beom and the others showed up where they just returned from the city. With lots of shopping bags on their both hands, Taek Yeon quickly stood up before the others saw him with Hae Ji and pretending nothing happened and walked towards them.


“Wow, when I thought girls are always the one that shops ‘till you drop – the fact that you of all peoples have exceeded them.” – Taek Yeon.
“I’m tired; I’m going to go to my room and rest up.” – Jun Su, he left the place and headed upstairs to his room meanwhile the others threw themselves on the sofa. Just as Jae Beom about to rest, he whispered something to Taek Yeon.
“Mind you that...” – Jae Beom, he didn’t finish his sentence.
“Ahh.....” – Taek Yeon.
