Part 2
December 25th –
Sa Byeon’s place – 9:00 PM –
RING – A – DING - DONG
Sa Byeon walked up to her front door and when she opened it, she slammed it close.
Again, someone rang her doorbell, she opened the door and when she’s about to slam it again, Ji Yong managed to blocked it with his foot.
“It’s Christmas Eve and I brought foods.”
“And me as well.” Ha Rin said with happy sound.
“If Ha Rin wasn’t around, you’ll be the 50-50 breathing.” She continued; “Just because you brought all of the foods, doesn’t mean you are forgiven. I am still very irked at you.” She continued; “How could you?!!”
“I just want to help.”
“Don’t!! I don’t want anything got to do with him. He forgot about it, I forgot about it, either way we both forgot about it.”
“It looks like you aren’t.”
“I don’t care, Ji Yong. I have moved on already.”
“Suit yourself, Byeon.”
---
One day, Ji Yong met up with Tempo unintentionally.
“How’s your cousin? I rarely see her and the last time we did, was when she left angrily.”
“Oh, it was my bad.” Ji Yong blurted.
“Wait, why you said so like that? Anything happened that I don’t know?”
“I want to ask something.”
“What is it? I’ll answer what I know.”
“You remember me, right?”
“Why wouldn’t I not? We have been friends, like years long even so what I am now, we’re still friends.” He smiled.
“How about Byeon?” He continued; “She was there as well when we’re little.”
“Byeon?”
“Yes, my cousin; Kwon Sa Byeon.”
“What about her?”
“Wow, Seung Hyun. You’re hopeless for a star.”
“Ji Yong, are you going to mock me or what?”
“She was very close to you. Do you remember the girl that left our hometown due to her father career?”
“No.”
“What was inside that brain of yours, ehh Seung Hyun?”
“Really, Ji Yong. Your mouth is really something.”
“I must have wasted my time for this. She’s right, you have forgot about it already since it’s has been years and years long you two haven’t meet with each others.” Ji Yong laughed hesitated.
“I didn’t forget anything.”
“Yes you did.”
“No, I didn’t.”
“Aish.”
“What’s this about?” Tempo questioned Ji Yong.
“Never mind.”
“So can I go?” No respond from Ji Yong. Tempo stood up and walked away. He stopped when he’s about to leave and turned his body around facing Ji Yong. “I might remember if I wanted too. But then again, I don’t want too actually. Rather says, I stopped because I don’t want anymore.”
---
Few months later –
At the airport –
“Byeon!!” They showed up from inside. When Sa Byeon turned around, she saw two tall guys approaching her.
“Dae Sung, Young Bae.”
“When did you ever stop calling us “oppa”?”
“Why, should I still call the two of you that?”
“Ask Bae here, he likes that more.” Dae Sung stopped as he looked around. He smiled as he continued; “Where’s that skinny cousin of yours? He’s not tagging along? How could he!!”
“He’s somewhere on a date with his precious girl.” All of sudden she jumped onto them in the middle and putted her both hands wrapped around each side of their hands. She smiled. “Shall we go? You guys returned here around lunch time. I’m starving just by waiting for the two of you.” She grinned.
“Well look at her, she never change at all.” Young Bae teased.
“I thought she would but then again, she didn’t.” Dae Sung smirked.
“If you two don’t stop, I am going to leave the two of you here.” Young Bae and Dae Sung couldn’t stop laughing.
At the Restaurant –
When they arrived at the location, luck has turned bad when they bumped into Tempo. Sa Byeon saw him just came out from the restaurant, she pretended she didn’t see anything and proceed alongside Dae Sung and Young Bae walked pass through him. He aware of her and he just watched her walked pass through him without saying anything.
“Wasn’t that....?” Young Bae questioned.
“Clearly that was him. He change and he was so different the last time we saw him, doesn’t he Bae?”
“Yes and it seems he’s very well-known already and couldn’t remember about us.” Young Bae laughed after that then he stopped laughing and became serious. “Oh well, someone like him doesn’t need someone like us.”
“Stop blabbering and order quickly.”
“Madam Kwon, there’s no need to be rushing.”
“Do not Madam me, I am not yet married.”
“Speaking of that; how’s your rollercoaster relationship?”
“Which one?”
“You have many?”
“Somehow the one I have been with, never turn out well.”
“That is the only one that stuck with you is him?”
“Him? Him who?” Young Bae lost in the middle of their conversation.
“Taek Yeon.” Dae Sung and Sa Byeon answered at the same time.
“That skyscraper? Him? He was your longest one?” Young Bae shocked.
“You don’t like him?” Sa Byeon questioned him while Dae Sung just nodded.
“He’s out of your league. Beside...” Young Bae couldn’t finish talking when Sa Byeon shoved the food into his mouth.
“Eat your food rather than talking, Young Bae.” He frowned and pouted at the same time he munched the food inside his mouth.
After they have finished their lunches, just when they about to leave the place, Taek Yeon showed up as if he known where Sa Byeon’s at. He approached her and it made Sa Byeon jumped a bit in surprise.
“You, why do you have to do that every time?!!” Sa Byeon startled.
“Yes, you nearly made us go to the hospital due to heart attack.” Young Bae. Dae Sung shoved his elbow right to Young Bae stomach. “Ouch.” Dae Sung quickly grabbed him and dragged him away from them.
“You are not happy to see me?”
“Can’t you tell?”
“Means you are not happy, I can see that.” He sighed heavily.
“You goofball.” Sa Byeon smiled as she moved her hand towards his head and rubbed his hairs gently and she had to tiptoe to reach it.
“You are not mad at me?”
“Silly boy, of course no.”
“I bet he is.”
“Who?” Taek Yeon pointed out to Young Bae and when she found out who he meant, she smiled and laughed lightly.
“Bae oppa?” Taek Yeon nodded.
“Don’t mind him, he just....something.” Taek Yeon pouted and it made Sa Byeon giggled.
“Why does she laugh when he does that but got irritated when I did something?” Young Bae sulked. Dae Sung slapped Young Bae back head.
“Aish, Young Bae. You don’t have to worry about that.”
“I am not an object, Kang Dae Sung.” Dae Sung shakes his head and let it be.
“I guess, he’s far from her life.”
“Who?” Dae Sung leaned to Young Bae and whispered it to his ears.
“Seung Hyun.” Dae Sung whispered to Young Bae and when he got it, he nodded all the way.

Festival Night –
On the night of the festival, Taek Yeon came to Sa Byeon’s place to invite her to the festival.
When they arrived at the festival, they bumped into Tempo yet she pretended she didn’t saw him and walked pass through him.
This time, he didn’t freeze and watched her walked off this time, quickly he paced his steps and approached as he jumped in front of them and blocked their way.
“Wait.”
“What are you doing here?” Taek Yeon questioned him.
“I don’t know. Let’s just move on, Taek.” Sa Byeon grabbed Taek Yeon hand and pulled him with her as she moved forward but stopped again when Tempo stopped them.
“Wait, your cousin came to see me the other days.” Tempo blurted.
“Your cousin? What is he got to do with this?”
“I don’t know; I’m not that interested in knowing what happened. It’s that Ji Yong fault I’m into this.”
“Your cousin dragged you into something again. Does he really love to do that?” Taek Yeon continued; “Beside, he has done something that the both of us have involved, no thanks to him.”
“I remember.” Tempo cried.
